Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026 · Last updated October 15, 2026
The short version
- What you buy is for you and your own business. Please don't share logins or resell my materials.
- I teach what has worked for me, but I can't promise you specific income or results.
- Digital products are delivered right away, so sales are final unless the sales page says otherwise.
- Be kind in community spaces. Questions? Email me before anything else.

Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you visit this website, join my email list, or buy or use any product, course, template, membership, coaching, or event from Content with Kelsey. By doing any of those things, you agree to these terms and to my Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or my products.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from me or create an account.
2.
Who I am
Content with Kelsey is run by Kelsey Brown, based in Houston, Texas, USA. When I say "I," "me," or "Content with Kelsey," I mean my business. When I say "you," I mean anyone using this site or buying from me.
3.
Your account
- Keep your login details private. Course and membership access is for one person only.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell me right away if you think someone else is using it.
- I may pause or close an account that is shared, used to copy or resell my materials, or used to harass others. If that happens, no refund is owed.
4.
Purchases and payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars on each sales or checkout page and may change. A price change never affects something you already bought.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. By buying, you confirm you're allowed to use the payment method you enter.
- Payment plans: If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every payment, even if you stop using the product. If a payment fails, I may pause your access until your account is current.
- Subscriptions and memberships: These renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
- Chargebacks: Please email me before disputing a charge with your bank. I'd much rather sort it out with you directly. Filing a chargeback ends your access to the product.
5.
Refunds
Because digital products, templates, and course content are available as soon as you buy, all sales are final unless the sales page for that product lists a specific guarantee. If it does, that guarantee and its conditions apply. If you were charged in error or can't access what you bought, email me and I'll make it right.
6.
How you can use my materials
Everything I create, including courses, videos, templates, prompts, Claude skills, worksheets, emails, and graphics, belongs to me and is protected by copyright and trademark law. When you buy something, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your own business.
You can:
- Use and customize templates, prompts, and skills in your own business
- Use what you learn to create your own content and offers
- Share a short quote with credit to Content with Kelsey
You can't:
- Share logins, files, or recordings with people who haven't bought them
- Resell, give away, or repackage my materials as your own product, course, or template
- Use my materials to teach a course, workshop, or program of your own
- Upload my paid materials into a public AI tool, GPT, or shared database
If you're a team or agency and want to use something across several clients, email me about a team license.
7.
No guaranteed results
I share real numbers and real experiences from my own business. Those are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your offer, your audience, your effort, your timing, and many things neither of us controls. Nothing I sell guarantees you will earn a specific amount of money, grow a specific number of followers, or reach any particular outcome.
My content is educational. It isn't legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. For those, please talk with a licensed professional.
8.
AI tools and templates
Many of my products teach you to use AI tools such as Claude. AI can make mistakes, so please review anything it produces before you publish, send, or rely on it. You're responsible for the content you create with my prompts and skills, including making sure it's accurate and follows the rules of each platform you use. AI tools are owned by other companies, and their features, prices, and terms can change at any time.
9.
Community and live events
- Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or unsolicited pitches.
- Keep what other members share in the group private.
- Live workshops and calls may be recorded and shared with attendees or buyers. I'll tell you before recording starts.
- I may remove posts or members who don't follow these guidelines, without a refund.
- If I need to reschedule a live event, I'll let you know as early as I can and share the replay or new date.
11.
Third-party tools and links
My site and products link to tools and websites I don't own, and some are affiliate links that may earn me a commission at no extra cost to you. I'm not responsible for third-party products, their availability, or their terms. Your use of them is between you and that company.
12.
Disclaimers
This website and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will always be available or error free.
13.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Content with Kelsey and Kelsey Brown are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or my products. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the product the claim is about in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs that come from your misuse of my materials or your violation of these terms.
14.
Resolving disputes
If something goes wrong, email me first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly, and I'd like the chance to do that. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If I don't enforce a part of these terms right away, I haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
15.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, I'll let you know by email. Continuing to use the site or your products after an update means you accept the new terms. The terms in place when you bought something still apply to that purchase.
